Most carpet cleaners in Las Cruces make you book an inspection before they will tell you a number. I would rather you know before you call, so you can decide whether it is worth it without anyone standing in your living room.

Carpet cleaning
New customers: up to two rooms for $75 instead of $150, plus tax, through November 15, 2026. Extra rooms, hallways, stairs and pet treatment are at the regular prices below.

What counts as a room. One carpeted room up to 200 square feet. That is a bedroom, a living room, a den or an office. A large open area, or a combined living and dining space, counts as two.

These rates are for one big open area. A floor split into several smaller rooms, like private offices or exam rooms, takes longer, so I quote it after the free walkthrough. Estimate an open floor with the VCT calculator.
Fees, so nothing is a surprise

Cancel or move your appointment with at least 24 hours notice and there is no charge at all.
Apart from gross receipts tax, nothing gets added to your bill without your say-so. If I get there and the job is bigger than what we talked about on the phone, I tell you the new number before I start. You can agree to it, or you can send me home and pay nothing.
Why I do not charge carpet by the square foot
In a home, per-square-foot pricing sounds precise and ends up being a way to arrive at a bigger number after the machine is already running. Flat room pricing means you can add it up yourself in ten seconds on the phone, and so can I. Commercial tile floors are the exception: they are measured at the walkthrough, and you have the number in writing before anything starts.
If it is not right
Tell me within ten days and I come back and re-clean the area at no charge. That is written into the terms of service rather than being a thing I say on the phone.
