What I clean
Residential and small commercial across Las Cruces and Doña Ana County. If it holds dirt and you can't put it in a washing machine, ask me about it.
Carpet cleaning
Shampoo extraction. Cleaner goes down into the pile, gets agitated through the traffic lanes, then comes back out with the soil it lifted. Spots worked by hand. I finish with dry passes to pull out as much water as the machine will take, and dry desert air does the rest, so you're walking on it the same day.
Pet odor and stains
Enzyme treatment that goes after the source in the padding, not a perfume on top of it. If something isn't right, tell me within 10 days and I come back and re-clean it at no charge.
Upholstery
Couches, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs, car interiors. Fabric gets checked before anything touches it.
Offices and janitorial
Waiting rooms, hallways, rentals between tenants, and recurring janitorial work. I walk it with you first, quote the whole scope, then fit it in evenings or weekends where I can so nobody has to step around me. More for offices and property managers.
Who actually shows up at your door
You're letting a stranger into your house. That's worth being picky about. When you book with me, I'm the one who knocks, and I've got a stake in you being happy with it, because there's nobody else to blame.
No commission crew talking you into a protectant package in your living room. No trainee learning on your carpet. I walk the rooms with you first, confirm the price we agreed on the phone, and then get to work.

I've got two dogs. I know what they do to a carpet.
Pet accidents don't sit on the surface. They soak through the backing into the padding, and that's where the smell lives. Scrubbing the top of the carpet cleans the stain and leaves the odor, which is why it comes back on the first warm day.
I flood the spot, extract it, and treat the padding with enzyme so the source breaks down. It's the same thing I do at my own house, on the same carpet these two lie on all day.
How a job runs
Start to finish, a three-room job takes about three and a half hours.

Call or book online
Tell me how many rooms and whether there are pets. You get a price on the spot, not a range.

I walk the rooms with you
We look at the spots you care about together. If something won't come out, I'll tell you before I start, not after you've paid.

Pre-treat and agitate
Traffic lanes and spots get pre-conditioned and worked in so the soil releases instead of getting pushed around.

Shampoo and extract
The shampoo is worked down through the pile rather than wiped across the top of it, then the extractor pulls it back out along with the soil. No heat involved, so there's nothing to shrink a seam or set a protein stain.

Dry passes, then payment
I go back over the whole floor with the wand and no solution, so it's left damp instead of wet. Open a window and Las Cruces does the rest. You pay by card, cash or check when the work is done and you've had a look at it.

The machine I bring
A professional SSS Python extractor with a stainless wand. It's what works the shampoo down into the pile and pulls it back out with the soil, and it's the same machine on every job.
