Hope Sandoval LLCCarpet cleaning & janitorial · Las Cruces (575) 654-3764 Book online

Carpet cleaning in Las Cruces. $150 for two rooms.

Every room after that is $75. Hot water extraction, dry in a few hours, and the number I quote on the phone is the number on your receipt.

I'm Victor. I own the company and I run the wand. You get me, not whoever was free that morning.

What it costs

Most companies in town make you book an inspection to find out what it costs. Here it is, before I show up.

One or two rooms
$150
Three rooms
$225
Four rooms
$300

$150 covers up to two rooms, and it's the smallest job I take, because the drive and the setup cost the same whether it's one room or two. Every room after the second is $75.

Add on: hallway $20 · staircase $35 a flight · pet enzyme treatment $30 a room · upholstery quoted on the phone. New Mexico gross receipts tax is added at the end. A room counts as up to 200 square feet; larger open areas count as two. Full terms of service.

What I clean

Residential and small commercial across Las Cruces and Doña Ana County. If it holds dirt and you can't put it in a washing machine, ask me about it.

Carpet

Carpet cleaning

Truck-grade hot water extraction. Traffic lanes pre-treated, spots worked by hand, air movers running before I leave so you're back on the floor in hours instead of tomorrow.

Pets

Pet odor and stains

Enzyme treatment that goes after the source in the padding, not a perfume on top of it. If something isn't right, tell me within 72 hours and I come back and re-clean it.

Furniture

Upholstery

Couches, sectionals, recliners, dining chairs, car interiors. Fabric gets checked before anything touches it.

Commercial

Offices and janitorial

Waiting rooms, hallways, rentals between tenants, and recurring janitorial work. Evenings and weekends so nobody has to step around me.

Who actually shows up at your door

You're letting a stranger into your house. That's worth being picky about. When you book with me, I'm the one who knocks, and I've got a stake in you being happy with it, because there's nobody else to blame.

No commission crew talking you into a protectant package in your living room. No trainee learning on your carpet. I walk the rooms with you first, confirm the price we agreed on the phone, and then get to work.

I've got two dogs. I know what they do to a carpet.

Pet accidents don't sit on the surface. They soak through the backing into the padding, and that's where the smell lives. Scrubbing the top of the carpet cleans the stain and leaves the odor, which is why it comes back on the first warm day.

I flood the spot, extract it, and treat the padding with enzyme so the source breaks down. It's the same thing I do at my own house, on the same carpet these two lie on all day.

How a job runs

Start to finish, a three-room job takes about two hours.

  1. 1

    Call or book online

Tell me how many rooms and whether there are pets. You get a price on the spot, not a range.

  2. 2

I walk the rooms with you

We look at the spots you care about together. If something won't come out, I'll tell you before I start, not after you've paid.

  3. 3

    Pre-treat and agitate

Traffic lanes and spots get pre-conditioned and worked in so the soil releases instead of getting pushed around.

  4. 4

    Hot water extraction

The rinse and the recovery happen in the same pass, so the cleaning solution comes back out with the dirt.

  5. 5

    Air movers, then payment

Fans go down before I pack up. You pay by card, cash or check when the work is done and you've looked at it.

Where I work

Las Cruces and the surrounding valley. If you're outside this list, call anyway and I'll tell you honestly whether the drive works.
